IMIN & RAJAH GROUP — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how IMIN & RAJAH GROUP ("we," "us," "our") handles personal information in relation to www.iminrajahgroup.com (the "Site").

How to Reach Us About Privacy

We do not operate a public email address. Please submit privacy requests, questions, or complaints through:

Contact form: https://www.iminrajahgroup.com/contact Mail: IMIN & RAJAH GROUP, Attn: Privacy Officer, 41 S. Chester Ave, Unit A4, Pasadena, CA 91106, USA

Please write "Privacy Request" in the message field so we route it correctly. We reply using the email address you provide. Depending on our website configuration, the reply may be sent through Wix or through another business email system, so please check your spam or junk folder.

If you contact us about privacy in some other reasonable way, we will not refuse your request on that basis alone. We will either treat it as validly submitted or tell you how to resubmit it.

Summary of Our Privacy Practices

What this policy covers: The Site — our Contact Us form, our careers process, and technical information collected automatically by our website platform.

What we collect from you: Contact form: first name, last name, email address, country, company name, and the content of your message. Careers: application materials you send us in connection with a posted role.

What is collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps — collected by the Wix platform for hosting, security, and basic analytics.

Sensitive information: We do not request it. Please do not submit it. See Section 4.

Do we sell it: No. We do not sell personal information, do not use the Site for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not pass your information to trading partners or anyone else for their own purposes.

How long we keep it: Contact form submissions and application materials: generally up to 24 months, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary. See Section 7.

Your rights: Section 8.

1. Scope

This Policy covers personal information collected through the Site: the Contact Us form, the careers process, and technical information our website platform collects automatically.

It does not cover:

  • Transaction and counterparty information. Information exchanged with suppliers, buyers, brokers, carriers, banks, and authorities in the course of an actual trade transaction is governed by the contracts, purchase orders, and confidentiality agreements between the parties, and by applicable customs, tax, and export-control law — not by this website policy.

  • Third-party websites we link to (Section 11).

  • Wix.com Ltd.'s processing in its own capacity — for example, if you are separately a Wix account holder.

Business contact information submitted through the Site is covered by this Privacy Policy. Statutory privacy rights apply only where the relevant law applies to IMIN & RAJAH GROUP and to the information concerned.

Providing information through the Contact Us form or careers process is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the required contact details or sufficient information about your inquiry or application, we may be unable to respond or evaluate your submission.

2. Our Role and Wix's Role

The Site is built and hosted on the Wix.com platform.

IMIN & RAJAH GROUP determines how information submitted through the Site is used. Where applicable privacy law uses the term "controller," we act as the controller of that information.

Wix processes certain Site visitor information on our behalf as our website platform provider. Wix may also process limited information for its own platform administration, security, fraud prevention, and other purposes described in Wix's Privacy Policy.

Please direct requests about information you provided to us to us, using the contact methods above. We do not route those requests to our hosting provider.

3. What We Collect, and Where It Goes
3.1 Contact Us form

The form requires first name, last name, email address, country, company name, and a message. We do not request a telephone number, postal address, or payment information through the Site.

When you submit the form, that information is stored in our Wix Forms submission records and may also create or update a contact record in our Wix Contacts list. We use it to read and respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of business correspondence.

3.2 Careers

If you apply for a position through the Site or otherwise send us application materials in response to a Site posting, we may collect the information contained in your resume, cover letter, and other materials you submit. See Section 9.

3.3 Collected automatically

The Wix platform collects standard server and analytics information as you browse: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, and access timestamps. This supports hosting, security, fraud and abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic measurement. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with your form submission to track you across other websites.

3.4 Information we do not request

Through the Site, we do not request biometric information, precise geolocation, audio or video recordings, government identifiers, financial account information, or information concerning protected classifications. We do not use information collected through the Site to draw inferences or build visitor profiles.

Applicants and other visitors should avoid including unnecessary sensitive or protected information in resumes, cover letters, messages, or other materials submitted through the Site.

4. Sensitive Information

We do not request sensitive information — such as government identifiers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, health information, or information concerning a person's racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, or sex life or sexual orientation — and we have no use for it.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the general contact form. The message field is free text and we cannot control its contents. If we become aware that such information was submitted unnecessarily, we may delete it where reasonably practicable and legally permitted.

5. Why We Use It

We use personal information collected through the Site to:

  1. Read, evaluate, and respond to your inquiry;

  2. Continue a business conversation you initiated;

  3. Evaluate a job application and communicate with you about it;

  4. Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site, and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse;

  5. Comply with applicable legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not send marketing emails from the Site. If we introduce a mailing list, it will be opt-in with an unsubscribe option in every message, and we will update this Policy first.

We will not use your information for a materially different or incompatible purpose without providing notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.

6. Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the Site for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not pass your contact details to trading partners, suppliers, buyers, or agents for their own use. If responding to your inquiry requires introducing you to a counterparty, we will tell you and obtain your agreement first.

We may disclose personal information:

  • To service providers — our website platform provider and other vendors that support the Site, under contractual restrictions on their use of the information;

  • To professional advisors — legal, accounting, or insurance advisors, under duties of confidentiality, where necessary;

  • When reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a lawful government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property;

  • In a corporate transaction — a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections;

  • With your consent or direction — for example, where you ask us to introduce you to a specific counterparty.

7. International Storage and Retention
Where information is stored

We are established in the United States, with an office in Pasadena, California.

Wix and its affiliated companies and service providers may process information in the United States, Israel, the European Economic Area, and other countries in which they operate. Wix describes its data storage locations, international transfer practices, and safeguards in the Wix Privacy Policy and the Wix Data Processing Addendum.

How long we keep it

Information                                                                                               Generally kept for

Contact form submissions that do not lead to a business relationship.   Generally up to 24 months from last contact, unless a longer period is                                                                                                                             reasonably necessary.

Correspondence connected to an active or prospective transaction.      Duration of the relationship, plus the period required by applicable tax and                                                                                                                       commercial recordkeeping law.

Application materials for unsuccessful or withdrawn applications.          Generally up to 24 months, unless you ask us to keep them longer or delete                                                                                                                   them sooner.

Automatically collected server and analytics information.                        Per platform retention settings

Records of privacy requests.                                                                    As long as reasonably necessary to document our response and satisfy                                                                                                                         applicable legal obligations.

We apply these criteria: how long the information is needed for the purpose it was collected for, applicable limitation periods, and legal or tax recordkeeping requirements. When no longer needed, information is deleted or de-identified.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to IMIN & RAJAH GROUP and to the information concerned, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information about you. We will review properly submitted requests in accordance with applicable law.

As a matter of practice, and regardless of whether a specific statute requires it, we will consider requests to:

  • Access — tell you what information about you we hold and where it came from;

  • Correct — fix information that is inaccurate;

  • Delete — remove information we no longer need to retain.

Where applicable law provides additional rights — such as restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent — you may request those using the same contact methods, and we will handle them under that law.

How to submit a request. Use the contact form at https://www.iminrajahgroup.com/contact or write to us at the postal address above, marked "Privacy Request." Tell us what you would like us to do and give us enough information to locate your records — for example, the email address and company name you used when you first contacted us.

Verification. We verify requests before acting on them so that we do not disclose information to the wrong person. Because we hold very little information, this is usually a matter of matching the email address in your request against our records and confirming a detail of your original inquiry. We do not retain information collected solely for verification longer than necessary.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent. We may ask for written permission signed by you and may verify your identity directly with you.

Timing. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where no specific period applies, we will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly.

No retaliation. We will not treat you differently or penalize you for making a privacy request.

If you disagree with our response, you may ask us to review it again using the same contact methods. You may also contact the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction. California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency (cppa.ca.gov) or the California Attorney General (oag.ca.gov/privacy).

Applicants with a disability who need assistance with the application process may submit a request through https://www.iminrajahgroup.com/contact.

10. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies provided through the Wix platform, including cookies that are strictly necessary for session management, security, and abuse prevention, and cookies that support functionality and aggregate analytics.

We do not currently use the Site for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where consent is legally required and supported by our Site configuration, we use a cookie notice that allows visitors to manage nonessential cookies. You can change your available choices through the cookie preferences control on the Site, and you can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some Site functions may be affected.

Browser-based opt-out signals may not affect strictly necessary cookies, or processing that is not considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law. Wix's own use of cookies is described in the Wix Cookie Policy.

11. Other Information

Automated decision-making. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Decisions about applications and business relationships are made by people.

Security. We use reasonable administrative and access-control measures appropriate to the limited information we handle, and Wix maintains technical and organizational safeguards for its platform, including encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.

Children. The Site is a business-to-business resource and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where appropriate and legally permitted.

Third-party links. The Site links to external websites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them.

Accessibility. See our Accessibility Statement at www.iminrajahgroup.com/accessibility-statement. If assistive technology prevents you from reading this Policy, contact us and we will provide it in an alternative format at no charge.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
