Global Sourcing Manager

About the Role
The Global Sourcing Manager will lead IMIN & RAJAH GROUP’s supplier management and procurement operations worldwide. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to secure reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable agreements, and ensure a resilient supply chain for our growing global trade network. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in supplier negotiations, risk management, and international trade practices, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, multicultural business environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supplier Development & Management

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new global suppliers across multiple product categories

Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with manufacturers and distributors

Monitor supplier performance, quality, and compliance standards

Strategic Procurement & Negotiations

Lead sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and supply reliability

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements with global partners

Develop contingency sourcing plans to ensure supply chain resilience

Market & Risk Analysis

Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and risks

Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements

Mitigate risks related to supply disruptions, geopolitical issues, and logistics challenges

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with sales and operations teams to align sourcing with client needs

Support business development by recommending supplier solutions for new opportunities

Ensure timely delivery of products to clients while maintaining cost efficiency

Operational Excellence

Implement best practices in procurement and supply chain management

Drive efficiency through process improvements and use of digital sourcing tools

Track KPIs for cost savings, supplier performance, and lead times

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in global sourcing, procurement, or international trade

Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations and contract management

Strong understanding of international trade regulations, import/export compliance, and logistics

Experience working with suppliers in Asia, Europe, and North America preferred

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual ability a plus

Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional benefits include performance-based incentives, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and global business travel.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
